What he began was more than a company. It was a way of working.
Second Generation
Karl-Heinz Dubau Building the Foundation
He kept the standard and gave it structure.

The workshop grew, but the promise behind it stayed exactly the same.

Gordon Dubau Building for the Future
Gordon transformed the family workshop into a structured, established company with a clear direction.
He modernized production, expanded the business and built a team around one guiding principle: every customer should feel they made the right decision.
Years later, he brought that experience, craftsmanship and sense of responsibility to Texas — with the same goal: to serve every customer with honesty, care and a commitment to getting it right.
